In today’s complex world, staying informed about international affairs is important, but it can also be overwhelming. For over 40 years, I have practiced the Silva Method and other mindful disciplines, which guide me to approach global topics with calm, clarity, and a grounded perspective. This balance helps me navigate sensitive issues thoughtfully, without dogma or partisanship.

When you encounter challenging news or debates about world events, pause and take three deep breaths. Reflect on the following questions:
