How I Use It

I use Silva-style practice as a calm inner laboratory. First, I relax. Then I clarify what I want to understand, improve, or imagine. Then I return to normal waking life and take practical action.

The key is not strain. The key is relaxed attention. A quiet mind can often see options that a tense mind misses.
